MEMBERSHIP FORM

I fully understand and agree that I am 100% responsible for my children during all events with this homeschool group and at no point in time will Inspirations, LLC be responsible for my children, my personal belongings or any injury that could possibly occur at any of the events my family and I attend. I understand group photos are taken during some field trip events with Inspirations, LLC and if I don’t want my family or myself in photos I will notify Inspirations, LLC beforehand. I understand the yearly family fee is non refundable after 5/30/24
